Return Policy at S.R Overseas
At S.R. Overseas, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your bedsheets, we offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience stress-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You can return any bedsheets within 07 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The bedsheets must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of Purchase: Please ensure you have your order number or receipt available when requesting a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Any bedsheets that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged.
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gifts cards.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your bedsheets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Email our customer support at [email address] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images if the product is defective.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
- Shipping Your Return: Securely pack the bedsheets in their original packaging and drop them off at the nearest shipping carrier using the provided label.
- Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned bedsheets, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your bedsheets for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning due to a change of mind or incorrect choice, return shipping will be at your expense.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
